We’re looking for Senior Planners to join our growing team - someone who’s excited by responsibility, motivated by making things happen, and ready to play a key role in shaping great places.

About the Role

As a Senior Planner, you’ll:

  • Lead and manage a variety of planning projects across different sectors, from early strategy through to application and delivery.

  • Prepare, submit and negotiate complex planning applications and appeals supported by a wider team.

  • Provide clear, commercial planning advice to a range of clients.

  • Build strong working relationships.

  • Contribute to business development and our growing client base.

What we're looking for

You’ll be:

  • MRTPI qualified (or close to qualification), with experience in consultancy or local planning authority roles.

  • A confident planner who can manage projects independently and communicate clearly.

  • Organised and delivery focused.

  • Passionate about planning and placemaking, with a pragmatic, can-do mindset.

  • A team player who enjoys working in a positive, energetic environment.
