Lydia is a Chartered Town Planner with 14 years experience across a range of planning
projects including preparation, submission and progression of planning applications for
various schemes including residential, employment, and mixed-use developments.

Lydia has prepared and submitted policy representations in response to various
consultations as part of the Local Plan and Neighbourhood Plan making process as well as
participating in examination hearing sessions. Lydia has also prepared evidence and participated in an appeal hearing and assisted in several inquiry appeal proceedings.
