Sarah is a Charted Town Planner with over 15 years’ experience in development management and planning policy within the private and public sectors. She has worked on a range of projects and supporting evidence base documents, primarily related to Local Plan preparation and strategic site promotion. She has worked on matters related to strategic housing (including affordable housing), Green Belt, site assessment, viability, and developer contributions and has participated in all aspects of the Local Plan Examination in Public process, including acting as a Council witness at Hearing Sessions. Sarah has also worked on neighbourhood plans, both on behalf of the Local Planning Authority supporting their production and in submitting representations to them on behalf of clients.
