Mark is a Chartered Town Planner, having previously worked at Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield, Barton Willmore and most recently, Stantec. Mark has over 31 years experience in Planning; evaluating, promoting Development Plan allocations, planning permissions, and consents for strategic and immediate land and buildings. His expertise spans residential, employment and mixed use development at all scales. Mark is also a planning expert witness for examination hearings and appeals.  Mark works principally for private sector clients, and acts as a strategic lead on projects, leading large multidisciplinary teams to deliver best outcomes.
