385 new homes for Chadwell St Mary submitted to Thurrock Council

Twenty5 has submitted an outline planning application for up to 385 new homes to the north of Chadwell St Mary, Essex, within

the Metropolitan Green Belt.

The proposal will deliver a landscape-led extension to the settlement in a highly sustainable location, alongside a significant quantum of high-quality new homes to address an acute housing land supply shortfall in Thurrock.

The site complies with the ‘Golden Rules’ for development within the green belt, with the site comprising grey belt land which will deliver 50% affordable housing.
